Video Games that Promotes Healthy Environment

Since we are living in a digital era these days, most of the time we are surrounded by electronic devices such as laptops, smart phones, and other portable playing devices. Majority of those, we use in school, home, and even at home. Hence, basically technology is everywhere. And since technology is all around us, it means that we already have easy access to it mostly through the internet,

Although technology offers a lot of benefits especially when it comes to making our lives easier and faster, it also has its disadvantages or downside. Example, once a kid is exposed to video games through Facebook and other social media platforms, most of the time, they will find it hard to stop or at least control their usage because video games, in nature, is addicting. Another downside of this is that playing video games through io games  is known as a hobby that is not pro environment. However, there  are already video games that are developed to teach gamers how to go-green.

The primary reason why Eco friendly video games are developed is because right right ecological education will help the current generation and the future generation to promote sustainability and healthier environment. Ecological education is already being taught in secondary and tertiary education. Important terms like “global warming” is being taught in primary education, and terms like “carbon footprint” is being taught in secondary education.

Developers think that being able to get knowledge through video gaming is effective, specifically teaching eco friendly stuff.

If you think that your kid is starting to get addicted to video games, you may want to buy the following games:

1. Clim’Way – This is a popular game in the US. This games promotes the eradication of climate change. Technology helps us do this through this type of game.

2. Windfall– From the term windfall, this game focuses more on building a renewable energy by having a farm. This game was developed in 2007, but back then it was not that popular until today, when renewable energy is one of the primary concern of every government.
